Does Orbix Player include channels, movies or series?

No. Orbix Player is only a media player. It does not include, sell or recommend any content or playlist. You must add your own playlist from a provider you are allowed to use.

How do I add my playlist?

Open the app and note the Device ID and Device Key on the start screen. Then go to Manage Playlists, log in with them and add your M3U link or Xtream Codes login. Press reload in the app.

How long is the free trial?

Every new device gets a 7-day free trial with all features.

How much does activation cost?

1 Year: 5.99 €. Lifetime: 9.99 €. The activation is linked to one device. Activate here.

Which devices are supported?

Android TV, Google TV, Amazon Fire TV and Android phones and tablets today. Samsung and LG Smart TVs and iPhone are coming soon.

My playlist does not load. What can I do?

Check that the link or login works and has not expired, that it was typed correctly, and that your device has a stable internet connection. Problems with the playlist itself must be solved with your playlist provider.

I changed my TV. Can I move my activation?

Activations are per device. Contact us with both Device IDs and we will check your case.
