Refund Policy

Every device gets a free 7-day trial so you can test the app with your own playlist before paying. Please make sure the app works on your device before you activate it.

If the app does not work on your device for a technical reason on our side, contact contact@orbixplayer.com within 7 days of payment with your Device ID and PayPal order number, and we will try to fix the problem or refund you.

We cannot refund activations because of problems with your playlist provider (expired subscription, wrong link, provider down), since Orbix Player does not provide any content.
