Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Orbix Player ("we") processes when you use the app and this website.

Data we process

• Device data: a random Device ID and Device Key created by our server, the platform, device model and app version, the IP address of the last connection and the time it was last seen.
• Playlists you add: the playlist name, URL or server, username and password you enter. They are only used to send them back to your own device.
• Payments: handled by PayPal. We receive the order number, amount and status, never your card data.
• Resellers: name, email and a hashed password.

Why we use it

To run the service (deliver your playlists to your device, manage trial and activation), to prevent abuse and to answer support requests. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Storage and deletion

Data is stored on our servers in the EU. You can delete your playlists at any time in Manage Playlists. To delete your device and all related data, write to contact@orbixplayer.com with your Device ID.

Cookies

The website uses only one technical session cookie, needed to log in to the playlist manager and panels.

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data at contact@orbixplayer.com.
